Welcome to solidrockstays.com (the "Site"), operated by Solid Rock Stays, a brand of JK MN LLC ("Solid Rock Stays," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Any partnership between Solid Rock Stays and a property owner is governed exclusively by a separate, signed management or lease agreement.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Any revenue figures, examples, or projections referenced on the Site or in related materials are illustrative and not a guarantee of actual performance. Short-term rental income varies by market, property, regulation, and season.

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Submit false or misleading information through our inquiry forms
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
